I did the basic troubleshooting... removing cables restarting router for 5 minutes but still I don't have internet.

I just went for a vacation and when I plug it in, its blinking red in phone and there is not more internet...

can someone please help me check it.? post code is 69190 and there are no fault found..

Nice try - but the tech support isn't speaking English, which you could've known from various other postings in here - if you wouldn't just stupidly copy & paste senseless answers.
