No internet

I don't have internet from this morning , when connect to wifi it asking for customer number and activation code , I followed the step and finished still no internet connection.

i was registered a complaint but still no update

the complint no is XXXXXXXXXX

anyone can help with out internet connection nothing will work

please help me
