      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hello Team ,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;My connection has been very since the the last week. Due to my connection issues with my Cable Max 1000,I am facing problems with simple video buffering, and internet based phone calls.&amp;nbsp; The connection is poor and drops intermittently. This is affecting the calls I receive for my meeting. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Could you please take a look?
