Im trying to activate my fritzbox router 6690. I checked everything, it’s compatible. It’s the 2000 2965 art. It is connected with a lan cable, I did factory resets multiple times. I checked the ip address on myfritz and it starts with a 10. I’ve tried everything and don't know what to do.

don't use external DNS server and disable DNS security in your browser

also disconnect all other devices from Fritzbox

Ok Im using google chrome so I just turned off the dns settings. The only thing connected is the lan cable to the laptop. Im factory resetting it now to try again

I put my information in and then it says activation portal failed. On fritzbox it says the ip address starts with 10, but on my macbook settings it starts with another number. Could that be an issue?

Yes I just tried on two different phones and the same error message pops up after entering the activation code and kundennummer
