could you please suggest an email for technical support?

Over the phone the support team is unable to provide an adequate response. One of them sent me the same modem again, another asked me to extend my contract with a new modem (WHY???), another told me that he was activating my internet. :O. I have been using Vodafone (aka Mist) internet for more than a year. What are you activating?
In the meantime, my new station also randomly restarts and errors are logged in the modem.
I'm looking for someone from the support team who has a real solution.
1. Reset is not the solution.
2. Sending the same modem is not a solution.
3. Asking me to extend my contract is no solution other than a money trap.

So I'm looking for the support team email address.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp

Nope, Whatsapp replies only in German.

and more then 2 weeks i am trying to communicate with Vodafone, no success.

I don't know of any other way to contact support in English. In any case, there is no longer any support here in the forum.
