Internet speed been terribly slow for past few days in my apartment. I get only 400 compared to 1000.
Raised a complaint and got a ticket xxx23. A technician visited today. But the hasusmaster was not available as promised.

can you please help me with reschedule of appointment to 09.11.2023 at 10am ? Speed is too slow to manage HomeOffice and it’s urgent.
