Kable Internet is not working for few month

Hello,

my internet is not working since ages.. I pay 45euro for nothing..

every 5 mins stopping connect.

I live in Eislebener str. 10789 berlin.

I've tried to contact and had test many times with "Tobi" and can not talked with human.

The phone is not really picked up and my German is not good so the ai voice can't reconized it and keep hung up..

how can I do with this poor service.. I wish somebody can help me!

Please let me know.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.
