      <title>Ping spikes and Packet lost</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for writing in English.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a GigaZuhause 250 Kabel connection, in Kleve, NRW.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have since weeks struggle with high ping spikes and packet lost, especially around 1900-2300.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This had made any sort of online gaming impossible. Attached is a picture of a ping test done at 2051 yesterday(19/10/23).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My device has a LAN connection to the Vodafone provided router. I do not believe the spikes are caused by any issues on my side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help resolve the issue with haste.&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2023-10-19 205122.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/150970iC2EEA4DEBFC81367/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot 2023-10-19 205122.png" alt="Screenshot 2023-10-19 205122.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
