My contract number is XXXXXXXXXXX my home wifi is not working from the morning, I had to work from home and all gone disaster due to this situation, can anybody from vodafone please resolve my situation, I turned off the router and resist the same and disconnected the cables however nothing seems to be working, and I live in Munich and what a disaster and I have dialed 20 times to customer care to literally beg for the help, is vodofone is real?

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.

Such a shame, vodofone should close their service permanently, I would never accepting this kind of response, we pay for the service and nothing comes free, you guys need to get trained on how to support the customers and how better you can resolve the issues!!! Unbelievable
