    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;dear community,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;our wifi is not working. We have the kabel 500mbps connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Our LAN is fine but the wifi is not working. All 4 lights on the router are working, but all our mobile devices are not connecting to wifi. It does not show any error. It allows us to find it and enter our password. But the 5G sign on our phones do not change into the wifi signal which confirms we have not connected. It has been like this for two days now. Please help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, was it ever working? Are you sure you are using the correct credentials? Did you try to disconnect from power, wait 30 s then reconnect power? You might need to wait ~5 min after power is restored until it is fully initialized again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
