&lt;P&gt;Anyhow, there is no support in this customers-help-customers forum - you will need to contact Vodafone using the official contact methods, in your case it'd be best to either use Twitter, Facebook or WhatsApp and NOT the hotline (as most of the hotline agents only will talk German).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hi there sorry writing in english. I have just set up my router. But internet is not available for 4 hours. The red lite is limping and in the router manager it says router is offline 'DOCSIS offline'. I registered on the site and added the contract but still no connection. What should i do? Thank for your help. Best regards&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
