connection drops when streaming

Hi guys, since the last firmware update of my fritzbox 6660 i have connection drops when streaming every 30 seconds ( its very short the drop 1 second ) but still annoying.

I've done several tests and when the connection drops my ping goes pretty high 57-58 ms.

Most likely it was random that it started with the firmware update of the router but how can this be fixed?

Its constant and i can't stream, sometimes its even so bad that i can't see IPTV ( public ), netflix stops to buffer etc
