    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dear Vodafone Support,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, I am writing this in English since my German is not good enough for this message. So, basically, I moved to live with my girlfriend and we have Vodafone WiFi here and I couldn't be more disappointed. I am using my laptop less than six meters away from the router and I frequently keep getting 5000+ms ping whenever I try to get on calls, I keep getting disconnected every ten minutes and suffer from very slow internet in general. I cannot play my games as I keep getting disconnected and can't use anything, it's terrible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My girlfriend never noticed the problem because she only used internet for YouTube and such. I saw another user having similar problems and he was offered another router, is it possible for me to receive the same treatment?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Something I would like to highlight is that I also want to change the internet speed that is provided, but I cannot talk by phone due to my autism. I hope that we can solve this matter per email, not by phone. Any other information can be provided if needed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I need immediate help.
