Internet connection is unstable

I have a cable internet, it disconnects on random intervals and stays for a while before connecting again. I would say this is happening very frequently, it is becoming very annoying. I followed all the instruction of the bot, but nothing helped, it keeps happening for nearly a month now.

- Do you see disconnects in your router (FritzBox?)

- Does it happen 24h or at specific times during the day?

- I live in Munich near Drygalski-Allee.

- Yes, I can see no other LED other than power at the time of diconnection.

- I do not know, I think it is completely random through out the day, no specific time.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.

It has been more than a month now with bad connection, No call back, no response, nothing.

Right now the wifi signal is completely cut, wifi LED never on now, and still no response from them.

How is this even still a thing?

which router do you use?

standard router aka Vodafone Station?

factory reset already executed?

(press and hold reset button for at least 20 seconds)

Yes, vodafone station.

Factory reset executed and solved the wifi outage problem, but the internet instability still persist, and I got no response from Vodafone service on facebook messenger.

Did you try wired connection to make the internet is working?
