My internet is not working for past 12 hours

Hello, I am in 12489 Adlershof, Berlin. The internet stopped working suddenly yesterday, around 10pm. I have tried resetting the modem and turning it off for an hour and turning it on again but nothing. I have red light for Internet.

Please help.

Unfortunately there is no more direct support from Vodafone employees here in the forum.
In the event of faults, you must unfortunately contact the known fault hotline or try to report your fault via Facebook (vodafoneDEservice) or Twitter (@vodafoneservice).
Another little hint.
The official language is German.
Therefore, there is a high probability of getting a support agent who does not speak English. Therefore, I would rather recommend you to report your fault via Facebook or Twitter.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.
