Router Replacement

Hello Team,

For the last 2 months, my router is acting wierd, it restarts automatically every hour or two, I have called the technical service few times, but no solution 2 weeks ago they told me, that my router is damaged and they are sending me a new router, its benn 2 weeks, I did not receive the router, yesterday I called again the customer service told me to write in the forum.

I hope I will get some help here and finally this misery will end.

My router is Vodafone CGA6444VF.
