No internet connection

Hello,

I have a cable connection and am having issues 3 says now.

Apparently I can access Google services and Netflix completely fine. But every other website doesn't work. I can even access this Vodafone forum Website, but not the vodafone.de. Is this because of the TV frequencies conversion?

Since I work from home this is extremely important for me. Any assistance is appreciated.
