      <title>Cable Internet disturbance</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First of all, I apologize for my limited German skills, so I am communicating with you in English.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been experiencing issues with my Cable Internet for the past 8 days. My zip code is 61462 in Koenigstein, and my internet has not been functioning during this period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted customer service through my German colleague, and they informed me that they are currently working on resolving the issue. However, there hasn't been any noticeable improvement thus far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to know how much longer I will have to wait until my internet is reconnected. The network assistant continues to display the following message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately there is a network disruption right now, please excuse me. But our technical service is already working on it. We'll hurry up – we promise!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Affected by the malfunction:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;TV, b2b"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
