Flashing red light in Router - No internet

The internet has not been working since yesterday.

There are two different symptoms:

1. The internet light is blinking red

2. Some times the internet light and the phone light are both red red

In both cases, I am unable to connect to the internet. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps provided online. I have restarted it countless times, moved the cables to see if there was a problem there but it does not work. I don't speak German and I saw that some people here had the same problem.

Could somesome can help me?? I need internet to work.

No internet at all.
