Hello,

My router's WIFI is turned off since 2 days ago, when I tried to restart it. A week before this I can't use the WIFI for certain apps, that's why I restarted it. But now the WIFI doesn't work (the WIFI light on the router is turned off, if I try to press the WIFI button it will just blink continuously), but the internet light is on.

I went to a Vodafone shop to ask, and the guy said that he can't see a problem with the contract. Then he told me to call customer service, which doesn't help. They only told me to restart the router, which I already did multiple times and the calls always end abruptly.

I would appreciate some help. Thanks!

try a factory reset (press an hold reset with a paperclip for 20 seconds)
