    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Forum members / moderators,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;appologies for english as I have just moved here a month ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i had problems with the internet (interruptions for several minutes up to 15 times a day) since it was installed. 2 technical people came and we learned there is an intermittance on the cable outside our house. for 15 days we waited. yesterday 28-02-2023 was the max day that the cable should have been repared. nothing happened, no new message. i called technical support, but only german speaking. nevertheless the lady tried to support me, it was nice. however someone was supposed to call me, but nothing happened yet. can someone check the status?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
