Router restarts randomly

Hi,

I live in a rented flat in Munich, and the owner is currently not in Germany.

The cable internet connection is under his name.

There are a lot of disturbances in the network. The router randomly restarts at least 4–5 times a day, and it takes about 5 mins to resume again.

I am working from home and this is creating a lot of problems.

I have tried reaching the helpline number but unfortunaltely there is no english customer service.
