Vodafone Router restarts itself

Hello ,

My Router restarts randomly. Initially the frequency was lesser but now the situation has worsened in past 2 weeks.. Now every 30 minutes it restarts and at times it is stuck with only power light.. If it is stuck I would have to remove the power cable or do a factory reset at back.

Reached the Vodafone customer care 2 times

Solution 1 : update firmware remotely

Solution 2 : ticket closed informing to do factory reset

Request for an immediate and permanent solution to the problem.
