Packet loss and unstable Connection

Hello,

I am having a Problem while online gaming. Without VPN it is not poosible to play because i get kicked out of servers because of unstable Connection.

And when i get to play then i have to dtruggle with a huge packet loss.

I am struggeling with this Ptoblrm for atleast 6 months.

I tried everything like Ethernet cable, Fritzbox and Technician checked the cabels at home twice.

Any idea how i can solvr this Ptoblem?

I think that some settings are wrong because i don't get kicked out using VPN
