No internet connection with wifi

I have a Gigahome 50 Cables subscription but the WiFi is not working. The light for the wifi is on however has no internet connection. I called the call center but they only responded in German so I couldn't ask for a technician to visit and check the house. So if someone who was in a similar situation or knows how to deal with this please contact me. Many thanks!

if u can only communicate in english use the support of vodafone given on facebook or twitter
