Intermittent connection drop for cable Internet

Error/Issue

Internet connection drop intermittently multiple times in a day. The WiFi performance in general is poor.

Every day I experience "no internet connection" issue, web pages requests timing out, streams buffering gets stuck, VoIP calling like WhatsApp calling gets stuck in "re-connecting" etc. Work from home is suffering a lot, calls and meeting gets stuck in between because of this connection/stuck issue.

This issue happening since the day 1 of my connection but now increased a lot. Most of the time recovers automatically after few seconds.

Occurrence Time/frequency

Nothing specific. Any time of the day without any pattern and happens multiple times in a day.
