No internet connection

Good afternoon,

I am a refugee from Ukraine and signed a new contract for home internet with wifi. The contract must star on 25.07.2022 but still no internet connection present. About what Time internet should appear (internet led is blinking red light)?

I tried to phone but I don't speak German, so I can't really understand auto reply on the phone.
