Very slow connection everyday from 20:00 until 23:00

Hi everyone,

Everyday from 20:00 until 23:00 Internet goes to extremely low speeds..

I mean from 1gb download and 50 upload to 6mb download and 9 upload..Ping jumps from 8ms to 47ms..already changed the router and nothing improves. Did all the troubleshooting and still the same. Tried to call support but no English..

What else to do?
