Vodaphone station with cable.

Hi,
I have a huge internet connection problem. No internet for 5-7 hours during the day.
My router keeps flashing red in the internet status and it continues

WLAN and Power LED status are white.

Zip Code: 80937
Contract: Red Internet & phone 100 cable
Modem, router: Vodaphobe Station.
Type designation: CGA6444VF

Firmware version: 19.3B57-1.0.41

I am requesting for your kind support. I'm not very good with German.
I am guessing the issue might be with the router requesting for kind support urgently.

Hello ShaRob,

are both WiFi and the ethernet connection affected by the outage? Did you check the cables? If they are not damaged and fit tightly on both sides I would like to have a look at your modem. Please send me a PM with your customer number, the name and birth date of the contract owner and the full address. Reply here in this thread after you sent the PM and send the date and time of the last disconnect via ethernet.

According to the system, there was a fault in our network, which our technicians were able to rectify this morning. Have there been any new problems since then?

My internet again got disconnected but thus time just for some minutes.

Could you please ensure from your side if everything works good.

Because I am going through an exam for my masters right now. I do not need any fluctuating in my network.

Hi,

Now it works but on Sunday and Saturday internet was disconnected 3-4 times and sometimes the speed was very low.
