Internet not working as expected. Signals keep fluctuating. Vodafone support came today and told me that the cable from basement to apartment needs to be changed. I want someone to change the cable. Need appointment for fix this issue permanently.

do you still have an open fault report? If yes the colleagues should take care of the replacement of the cable. Or did they tell you the property management has to replace the cable? What is your postal code?
