Hello, sorry I can't speak german.

I need help with my connection. I did my setup on 22 of April and I managed to have internet, but with some problems. So I was suspicious of it from the beggining. Everyday since my first setup, after I arrived home I had to restart my router because I had no internet and couldn't have a stable connection for very long but for the last couple days I probably had internet for 20 minutes total..

I have a contract for 1000 Mbits DL, and now I was testing the router via LAN. I noticed that I can't ping the router 192.168.0.1 (WiFi Station 6) via cable.

I believe I have a faulty router, since I can't even ping the router while the coaxial cable is disconnected, and since the beggining the router was always randomly restarting for no apparent reason.

Can anybody help me with this?

did u try to set the router back 2 "factory settings" ?

push the "rest"button in the small hole (backside) 4 minimum 10 or better 15 seconds

- if u push only 5 seconds the router will just restart without setting it back.....

after this it takes some minutes - new installation.....

try 2 access router gui again

Hi, yes I forgot to tell about that.

I tried multiple times holding the reset button for 20 seconds or more, but nothing really happened. After doing a power reset, sometimes I'm able to enter the GUI, and the factory reset only worked by doing it in there, but the problem was not fixed.

It seems like to me, that the router freezes completely and I can only make it work after turning it off for 10 or more minutes, but that only lasts 5 minutes until the router restarts itself and freezes again.
