Vodafone Modem stuck with Power light on and the others off

Hi,

I'm a cable contract user with the contract number ***. My modem internet is gone and the only light on my modem is the Power light on. All the other lights are off. I tried restarting it and going back to factory settings but none of it worked. Could you please assist?
