five days without Internet is quite a long time :/. We need some further information from you, please send the details from the thread Alles rund um Störungsmeldungen. Do your neighbours have an outage as well? Did they contact the hotline already?

Hey,

Same issue here. Started today at like 13:00.

The "online netz assistent" is not helping + I can not report an outrage. Other people here are not having any issues, as I checked at a friends place, that lives on the floor above me.
