Hi Vodafone,

I have had a 1000 cable contract with you for almost 8 months and the internet speeds have never been above the minimum speed specified in the contract of 600mbps. I tried opening a ticket with the support team but my ticket was closed with no response from the team.

It also appears to me that the internet gets throttled very hard at 8:00 pm each day and it makes it difficult to play video games. I usually only play games around this time so it's not fun that I can't play some nights.

I also attached the results from the tests I did last August when I originally opened the ticket to solve the issue.

Hello Tony_,

do you test the speed via ethernet connection or via WiFi? Regarding the low speed during the day please check the hints in the thread Fit für Gigabit. For the even lower speed in the evening please send me the name and birth date of the contract owner, the customer number and the address. Use the private message for that and leave a short reply in your thread.

Hi Tony,

According to the system, you also have a router from Xiaomi connected. Can you please provide me with a few speed tests that were made via LAN cable directly to our router?
