Hi,

im currently working from home and have not had access to internet for 3 hours now....

i can't seem to get a hold of anyone who can help... no one on the phone speaks English and yet I'm here trying to sort this out... this blog post is my last way to hopeful Get through to someone who won't just tell me to call another number which yet continues to speak in German and which I can't get ...

also here we always need something until we are in the contributions. The fastest way is then always our network assistant. Is there a disturbance indicated to you?

I have same problem. I tried everything in the network assistant. Nothing helps. I need someone to help me in English.
