I have had problems with pinging and disconnecting for two weeks. Vodafeone sent me a new router on Thursday. The new router didn't help. After the phone call on Saturday, I got a PDF saying "Offentliche IPv4 Adresse". Can someone answer me what else can I do? The pictures show what is happening. For 5 minutes it is normal and then the Internet breaks packets, ping 500+ lags and it is normal again. The situation can repeat itself every minute and I don't have internet for 1-2s.
