    <description>&lt;P&gt;First, I apologize if this is the incorrect forum to post this article and secondly I apologize that I have not mastered the German language far enough to handle this issue through the customer service phone number. Since I am new to the language I am overwhelmed trying to keep up with the prompts to get to the service I need.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recieved the modem and instructions on how to install in February. However, when I followed all the instructions and the troubleshooting instructions the internet fails to work. I get a flashing red circle light on the Internet label. I have tried all the ports in the home and still nothing has worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to get a specialist out to my home for assistance if at all possible. Otherwise, I must return the equipment and look to Duetshe Telekom for their internet service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

No worries about the language barrier &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":leicht_lächelndes_Gesicht:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; Which hub do you intend to use? It will need to be connected to your Vodafone wall socket if you are subscribed to a cable service. Furthermore, the hub needs to be registered with Vodafone in order to work properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May I ask you to upload some photos of the manual, the hub and the socket.
