    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you! I understand the first part. They called me, while I was on a work call (so I could not pick up). I tried calling them back (3 times), but they did not pick up :(.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This number (0172 1212) does not work for me either (my SIM card is not Vodafone). So I am stuck now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for my English, but I am moving into a new apartment in Munich and bought the Vodafone 100 Mbps product.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I stayed over the apartment for the weekend, everything worked fine. This morning I received an SMS saying my connection is causing a malfunction on the Network and that a serviceman will set an appoitment to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question 1: What does this mean? When my Internet really worked fine over the weekend&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question 2: As an expat, new to Munich, My German is not convresation level yet, is it possible, in any way to get servicemen that i can have simple dialogue with?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate any insights&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The connection values are checked at the main network - if they're out of the normal, a technician will be sent out to rectify the situation.&lt;/P&gt;
