Hello!

Today in the afternoon wifi started to not work. I'm attaching an image, the router has the red light on internet since then.

A similar problem happened on 4th February 2022, it was due to interference you said. I don't know what's the problem now.

Rebooting didn't work, turning the router off and on didn't work.

I need help!

Also, it's not possible I have this kind of problem so often! May I have an explanation for it, please?

Hi Airamaria,

we had a problem with the power supply and our technicians were able to fix it temporarily. You will receive an SMS from us when the error is finally fixed.
