Cable modem has no internet connection

Hello.

I tried to use a Fritzbox cable modem. But it did not worked. Then I connected Vodafone Kabel modem again. But it is not working anymore. Internet LED is red blinking.

I Used this Modem with the Same cable without any Error for approxiametly 1 year.

Can you please help me to solve this problem?

in which federal state do you live? Is the Fritzbox your own device or did you rent it instead of the cable modem? If it is an own device, please check the thread Endgerätefreiheit.
