Beschweren:
Seit 3 Monaten ist die Kabelinternetverbindung sehr instabil. Jeden Tag bin ich vom Internet getrennt. Manchmal sogar 10 Mal an einem einzigen Tag. Jeder Verbindungsabbruch dauert zwischen 10 Sekunden und 10 Minuten. Manchmal muss ich den Router neu starten, um die Verbindung wieder herzustellen. Es ist sehr frustrierend, weil ich von zu Hause aus arbeiten muss. Ich bin nicht an der von Ihnen beworbenen Geschwindigkeit interessiert (ja, sie läuft die ganze Zeit mit 100 Mbit / s). Ich interessiere mich für die Stabilität meiner Internetverbindung.

Ich habe 2 verschiedene Computer und 2 verschiedene Smartphones ausprobiert. Das Problem liegt nicht bei meinen Geräten. Das Problem ist die Internetverbindung.

Können Sie diese Probleme bitte untersuchen und beheben?

P.S. for english speaking customers there is absolutely no way of reaching someone via telephone. There is also no support email available from Vodafone. That is a shame!

ich habe mir gerade Deine Verbindung angeschaut und ein paar Auffälligkeiten feststellen können.

Von daher habe ich Störungsticket erstellt. Unsere IT versucht anhand Fernwartung das Problem zu lösen.

Sollte dies nicht möglich sein, wird sich ein Techniker-Service bezüglich eines Termins bei Dir melden.

Hab bis dahin bitte weiter Geduld.

Hallo,

Ich wurde vom Vodafone-Support telefonisch kontaktiert und bekam eine Lösung für mein Problem (ich möchte mich besonders bei der Person bedanken, die mich kontaktiert hat, weil sie Englisch sprach, als ich kein Deutsch verstand).
Mir wurde die Lösung zur Verfügung gestellt, die WLAN-Bänder in 2,4 und 5 GHz zu trennen.
Leider ist das nicht die Lösung meines Problems. Ich habe die WLAN-Bänder seit letztem Jahr getrennt und es hat mein Problem nicht behoben.

Wie ich in der ersten Nachricht erwähnt habe, verliere ich KEINE Gateway-Verbindung (mein Router), wenn ich die Internetverbindung verliere.
Ich kann meinen Router immer noch sehen und anpingen, aber mein Router hat keine Internetverbindung mehr.
Deshalb habe ich gesagt, dass das Problem hinter meinem Router (bei Vodafone) liegt, nicht davor (in meinem Haus).

Das Problem bleibt. Mein Router verliert jeden Tag die Internetverbindung. Meine Computer verlieren die Router-Konnektivität nicht.

Today 11.02.2022 between 8:53 and 9:00 I got disconnected from the internet again.

This new Vodafone Station wifi6 (router) is absolutely horrible. It takes 6-7 minutes to connect back to the internet. The previous old Vodafone Station (router) could connect back in about 30 seconds...
