So my Cable Router has been sent to the wrong addresss.

Vodafone says contact DHL,

DHL says only Vodafone can cancel the shipment.

So Vodafone can you actually do your job?

Dear Vodafone,

So rather than ask me for my customer number or ask me for some useful information, your only remark was,

which state do you come from?

If I told you Saxony, how useful would this information be?

Another huge issue, when I call the Vodafone hotline I do not expect Vodafone represntatives to hang up the phone.

I'm sorry you had this experience with the customer service. I'm sure it wasn't intentional.

We need to know which state you are from so that the right person can deal with your request. I now need your customer number, name, date of birth and address via private message.
