Schlechte Downloadverbindung und ständig Wlan-Abbrüche.

Seit ungefähr 3 Wochen wurden die Wlan-Abbrüche immer schlimmer und die Verbindung zu den Geräten immer schlechter. Bis gestern hatte ich immer öfter "0" Downloadgeschwindigkeit , 55Mbits Upload und einen Ping von 32 gemessen mit dem Speedtest von Vodafone und externen Test.

Störung angemeldet und Ticket bekommen. Gestern nach 20Uhr bekam ich die Nachricht das Netzseitig keine Störung zu finden sei !!!

Heute wiederholte ich die Messung mit Speedtest von Vodafone mit einem Ping über 36, einem Upload von 55Mbits und einem Download von 234Mbits bis 423 Mbits. Ich habe einen Vertrag über 1000Mbits abgeschlossen und bekomme nicht mal 50% ??? Wo ist da der Fehler? falsches Gerät?

Fest steht , ich wohne in einem Entwicklungsland!

, ich wohne im Zonenrandgebiet!

, ich werde über den Nuckel gezogen!

Also wieder ein Ticket beantragen.

Was mich aber als älterer nervt sind die Gewinnversprechen abhängig von einer Werbeeinwilligung??? Ich bin noch nicht senil und brauche keine zusätzliche Werbung.

Oder ein Vorschlag von mir : Ich gebe die Werbeeinwilligung , bezahle nichts weiter und bekomme ein besseres Wlan ohne Aufpreis { 5Euro} !

Heute !! mit dem Speedtest von VF. ( unter uns, er wußte öfter selbst nicht was er anzeigen sollte/hat gestreickt. )

Uhrzeit Downloud Upload Ping

und dann funktionierte gar nichts mehr. Beim Wlan war das selbe zu finden, rein und raus aus den Kartoffeln.

Warum dieses an und aus, liegt es an den überlasteten 1000Mbits-Anschlüssen oder an dem Tankstellenneubau wo die Kabel liegen? Das Netz soll ja i.O. sein. Ein Schelm wer da schlimmes denkt.

Warum setzt du im Kundencenter nicht die opt ins?

Keine Anrufe etc, funktioniert.

Post dürfen sie gerne schicken, stört nicht.

Falls du eine VF Station hast, schaue mal ob in den Firewall Ereignissen ein Utopia steht, besser poste diese.

Im Kundencenter angerufen, Ticket ist wieder geöffnet.

Im Protokoll des VF-Routers steht bei der Firewall nichts.

Eben Speedtest by Ookla durchgeführt weil wieder Abbrüche im Wlan waren -

Download: 0,10Mbits, Upload:19,22Mbits, Ping: 39ms Beste Verbindung Server Groningen.

Speedtest mit WLAN ist schlecht, immer mit LAN durchführen.

Keiner kennt die WLAN Verbindungqualität.

Bitte poste deine docsis Werte und WLAN Ereignisse.

Ich teste generell mit Lan-Verbindung. Der PC ist direkt angeschlossen, wobei der Fernseher und Handys nur über Wlan betrieben werden. Die Bilder muß ich erst überarbeiten, sie sind zu groß. Oder kann ich sie woanders

hinladen vielleicht als p.N.?

Als Code einfügen, dann wird formatiert.

Als erstes würde ich den 2.4GHz Band einen anderen Namen geben. Steering funktioniert nicht.

Du hast einen Rückkanalstörer, die Pegel sind OK. Statt QPSK sollte 64QAM stehen. Wundert mich das du keinen OFDMA Kanal hast.

VF muß den Störer finden. Rufe die Hotline an oder warte noch x Tage bis ein Mod ein Ticket auslöst. Ausschließlich VF kann helfen.

Danke für die Blumen, aber wir hier haben noch nichts gemacht :). Dein Ticket ***002/21 ist ja noch offen und einem Auftrag für den Rückwegstörer zugeordnet. Bis dieser behoben ist, kann es zwischendurch noch zu Einschränkungen kommen. Beim Abschluss der Meldung bekommst Du automatisch eine SMS.

Hallo, ich war der Meinung das schon etwas gemacht wurde. Die Modulationswerte im Router sind geändert so wie oben beschrieben.

Die Frage : was ist dieser Rückstörer? Wodurch kam er zustande? Für einen Laien erklärbar.

Vorgestern war in der Modulation alles auf 64QAM gestellt, daher dachte ich es wäre schon neu eingerichtet. Außerdem funktionierte alles. Auf Euren Hinweis schaute ich noch mal in den Router.

wobei Slot 4 die Lan -Verbindung ist. Also ist dieser Rückkanalstörer noch in Aktion.

Einfachst beschrieben.

Irgendwas "funkt" in den Rückkanal. Sei es durch ein nichtkonformes Netzteil - China Schrott- einer LED Leuchte oder ein anderer Störerer durch z.B ein defektes TV Gerät welches Störfrequenzen ausstrahlt. Es gibt unzählige Ursachen, zwei mögliche habe ich aufgezeigt.

VF muß die Anschlüße abklappern um den Störer ausfindig zu machen, das kann dauern da der Störer nicht immer "online" ist. Das Licht wird i.d.R. erst bei Dunkelheit eingeschalten.
