English - Internet cable not working

Hi, I tried call Vodafone, but apparently you can't give English support. As I don't speak German, the community is the only hope.
I've lost the internet connection yesterday 14/11 and It still not working. I followed all tutorials that were given by the Vodafone app, but the moldem led still blinking red. I turned off, tried the reset button and nothing.

can you help me?
