VodafoneStation blinking red - No internet

My internet has not been working recently for the last 2 days.

There are two different symptoms:

1. The internet light is blinking red

2. The internet light is solid white, but the phone light is blinking red

In both cases, I am unable to connect to the internet. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps provided online. I have restarted it countless times by now, and still no use. I don't speak German so I am not able to reach a customer rep via the hotline, and even in the case when I did, the agent did not help me with the language barrier.

As a final resort, I am writing here to see if somesome can help me.

Welcher Fehler tritt auf? (Geschwindigkeit zu gering; Packetloss) Schicke dazu auch Screenshots von Speedtests (mit Datum und Uhrzeit) und Tracerts/ Pingplotter-Messungen bei Packetloss oder Ping-Problemen
No internet at all. Either "Internet" light is blinking red, or it is white for a few minutes and then starts blinking red right away
