No internet in Berlin since 24.10

Hello

Since yesterday evening, around 22:00 internet is gone and when it comes back for some minutes it is really slow. I am in Berlin, 10249.

I've been monitoring and there has been a lot of issues reported since yesterday, so I am not the only one.

I restarted the Router and computer. Can you please advice here? and honestly, I don't understand how can it be so many issues in one of the most important cities in Europe...
