But the download speed is not stable and is not fast enough in recent weeks. You can find some results that were taken from speedtest.net below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Morning hours: &lt;A href="https://www.speedtest.net/result/12103070122" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.speedtest.net/result/12103070122&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Afternoon: &lt;A href="https://www.speedtest.net/result/12104640591" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.speedtest.net/result/12104640591&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Evening: &lt;A href="https://www.speedtest.net/result/12105460467" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.speedtest.net/result/12105460467&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Night (around 10pm): &lt;A href="https://www.speedtest.net/result/12105841884" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.speedtest.net/result/12105841884&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;More information:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;10407, Berlin&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have a Vodafone Station router.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The issue happens on:&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;WiFi or cable connection&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Chrome and Firefox browsers&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Laptop, Mac, and Android phones&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Windows 10, Mac OS X, Ubuntu&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The issue started to happen in August. Mostly at night. The upload speed looks fine but the download speed is between 5-10 Mbit sometimes. I have never seen it more than 100mbit.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Since I don't know German well, I couldn't contact to "Störungshotline"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed the steps on the help page here: &lt;A href="https://kabel.vodafone.de/hilfe_und_service/stoerungshilfe" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://kabel.vodafone.de/hilfe_und_service/stoerungshilfe&lt;/A&gt; . Even I reset the router. But none of them helped to fix the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you think can the problem be solved somehow? I cannot communicate with the customer service since I can't speak German. So, I don't know what to do anymore. Customer service suggested to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope the issue about restrictions will be fixed as soon as possible. Because the issue is there for 2 months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, I would like to repeat my suggestion here again. I don't want to pay that money for that speed. There should be an option for a lower speed with a lower price.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
