No internet at home

Good afternoon team,

I urgently need your support. Since today around 10am my router starting to blink the "Internet" LED as red.

I've tried all possible troubleshooting from the MyVodafone (remote coax, shutdown from power outlet, factory reset...)

As I could check, there was a maintenance in the area (Bremerhaven). Maybe this is the cause, but according to the news, it should not take so long, and I have no other option to work from.

As it happened before, I need your support here to either do something remotely or schedule the technician. I can't call support desk because they don't speak English.

Please, your immediate assistance is highly appreciated.

does the malfunction still exist? The cable router itself is displayed as online.
