Hello,

I have been a client of Vodafone for two year now. I was very happy with the internet connection until 09.09.21 12:30

Internet stopped working

Consequences

home office: could not work: half day not paid

tv,music,: cannot use it anymore: loss of money on all subscriptions

security updates: pc, apple: no done because need to save data

needed to buy expense data via phone company

Action from Vodafone

Answer back the muliple tickets opened since 09.09 without response

Do not charge internet this month

Send a technician over to check the line

Have more friendly staff at the hotline because they were rude

Propose in the meantime to activate dsl via phone line

Conclusion

Very unhappy with the service when sometimes goes wrong

No answer to tickets opened

No call from technician

No proposal to activate dsl line

Information on website mentioned back to normal yesterday

Today no more date

It is 10 days without internet

How should we wait to get it back?

thank you for the reply.

2 weeks without internet is really a lot.

i do home office and spend a lot of expensive data to be able to work.

Will you take this cost into account? It is alreday spent around 72 euros, plus the loss of all services that cannot be used like tv, music...

Really this is really a problem to be off line so long.

why do you not send a technician over.

tired no action from Vodafone, no clear communication

more than 2 weeks now

are you waiting for Xmas to find a solution

We will change internet provider.

So do not bother to fix the issue.

Thank you for cancelling all invoices for a service that does not work since 09.09.21 (3 weeks now)
