Hi! I'm a CableMax 1000 client from Leipzig (04109) and recently, my connection quality degraded below any reasonable point. I have at max 30-50 Mbit downstream and around 0,2 Mbit (!) upstream channel with frequent drop-outs which makes it impossible to use almost anything online. The issue is present on all wifi-connected devices and on my xbox connected to Vodafon Station wia UTP wire.

I've attached my DOCSIS protocol status report, maybe it will be useful.

Best regards,
Dmitrii Systerov

It looks like you are affected by a return channel interferer. Unfortunately, they are not that easy to locate; this can take weeks to months. If it is located, however, a technician has to access the house system, which can also take another time. I have now moved your thread to the cable fault board, I assume that there is already a collective ticket to which your fault is attached. You can then also receive a credit from the fault report if the fault has been resolved.

And please answer the questions from this thread once so that the mods can process them more quickly.
